The Exotics Network LLC
Effective: May 28, 2026 · Last updated: May 28, 2026
The Exotics Network LLC ("TEN," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to the following TEN websites and services:
events.theexoticsnetwork.com (event registration and ticketing)
guides.theexoticsnetwork.com (driving and lifestyle guides)
reports.theexoticsnetwork.com (event reports)
(collectively, the "Services"). The marketing site at theexoticsnetwork.com is governed by a separate privacy policy maintained on that surface and is not covered by this Policy.
This Privacy Policy is a disclosure of how we collect, use, and share your personal information. It does not by itself create a contract or contractual obligations. Your use of the Services is governed by our Terms of Service.
If you have questions, contact us at privacy@theexoticsnetwork.com or by mail at The Exotics Network LLC, 9201 Circuit of The Americas Blvd, Del Valle, TX 78617.
TEN is operated by The Exotics Network LLC, a Texas limited liability company, with its principal place of business at 9201 Circuit of The Americas Blvd, Del Valle, TX 78617. For purposes of state privacy laws, The Exotics Network LLC is the "controller" or "business" responsible for the personal information described in this Policy.
This Policy applies to personal information we collect from and about:
Visitors to the Services
Customers who register for events (and the parents or legal guardians of minor attendees, where applicable)
Subscribers to TEN Guides, Reports, and other content
Persons who contact us by email, phone, or web form
Persons who interact with our SMS messaging program
This Policy does not apply to (i) information collected by third-party services we link to or that you visit independently (for example, a Sponsor's or Partner's website, or a social media platform), even if you reach those services through the Services, or (ii) information collected by the marketing site at theexoticsnetwork.com, which is governed by a separate privacy policy maintained on that surface.
When you sign in, register for an event, purchase a ticket, request a guide, or otherwise interact with the Services, you may provide:
Identifiers: first name, last name, email address, phone number, social handles (e.g., Instagram), and a unique TEN contact identifier we assign you.
Vehicle information: year, make, model, and color of the vehicle(s) you bring to an event. For certain events (see Section 3.5) we may also ask for variant, VIN, or license plate, in which case the additional fields will be clearly labeled at the point of collection.
Authentication information: the email address or phone number you use to receive a one-time sign-in code.
Payment information: billing name, billing address, and payment-card data. Card numbers and CVV codes are collected directly by our payment processor and are never transmitted to or stored on TEN systems. From our payment processor we receive only a token, the last four digits, the card brand, and the billing address.
Liability waivers and consents: the typed name, timestamp, and IP address recorded when you sign a digital liability waiver or check a consent box.
Communications: the contents of messages you send us by email, by SMS reply, or by voicemail.
If a registration is for an attendee under 18, the registration is completed by the attendee's parent or legal guardian, who provides:
The parent or legal guardian's own name, email address, and phone number (which become the contracting and contact channels for the registration)
The attendee's first name
The attendee's birth month and year (we do not collect full date of birth)
The parent or legal guardian's electronic signature on the Event Waiver, including the attestation that the signer is the parent or legal guardian and that the birth information is accurate
For attendees aged 13 to 17, we may also store the attendee's own email address and phone number (provided earlier in the checkout flow) as a secondary channel so that event-information communications may reach both the parent or legal guardian and the attendee. For attendees under 13, we collect only the attendee's first name and birth month and year, and all communications are directed to the parent or legal guardian.
When you visit the Services, we automatically collect:
Device and connection data: IP address, user-agent (browser, operating system), referring URL, language preference, and screen resolution.
Usage data: pages visited, actions taken, dates and times of access, and HTTP response codes (captured in our hosting logs).
Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 9.
Reader-behavior analytics on Guides and Reports: when you view a TEN Guide or Report, we record start and end timestamps, total time on the page, maximum scroll depth, whether you reached the bottom of the page, per-section dwell time and entry order, viewport dimensions, device type, referrer, IP address, user-agent, and a pseudonymous visitor hash used to associate repeat visits from the same browser into a single session. If you accessed the content through a partner-specific link, we also record the partner identifier and the access token.
We use this information only internally to improve the quality and structure of our content. We do not share reader-behavior analytics with any third party, including the partner whose link you used. See Section 5.3c.
We may receive information about you from:
Our payment processor: payment outcome, the last four digits and brand of your card, and your billing address.
Our SMS provider: delivery status of SMS messages we send.
Our email-delivery provider: delivery, bounce, and complaint events for emails we send.
Event Sponsors and Partners: if you opt in on a Sponsor-hosted or Partner-hosted form (for example, a Sponsor giveaway), the Sponsor or Partner may pass your contact information to us under your authorization.
Our customer-relationship-management provider: contact and registration records we maintain about you.
When you register a vehicle, we record year, make, model, and color. For certain events (events at venues with credentialed access or events that require insurance verification), we may also request variant, VIN, and license plate; if so, the additional fields will be clearly labeled at the point of collection. Internal TEN staff may also enter VIN, license plate, and an internally generated estimated market value into our customer-relationship-management system for high-value vehicle records.
We use a third-party artificial-intelligence service internally to assist our team in generating content and to estimate vehicle market values for internal record-keeping. When we use this service, we may transmit vehicle description text and event-related context. We do not transmit your name, contact details, payment information, or other identifying information through this service. Under our agreement with the provider, the provider does not use the inputs or outputs of our requests to train its models in the ordinary course.
When we send you an email, we may record whether it was delivered or bounced, whether and when you opened it (via a 1x1 tracking pixel), whether and when you clicked a link (via a click-redirect URL), and the IP address and user-agent at the time of open or click. This data is used to measure email-program performance, suppress addresses that bounce or complain, and improve our content. You can limit open tracking by viewing emails in a client that blocks remote images, and you can avoid click tracking by not clicking links in our emails. To stop receiving marketing email entirely, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing message.
We do not intentionally collect "sensitive personal information" as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, or other US state privacy laws. We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers (other than tokenized payment information processed by our payment processor), precise geolocation, biometric identifiers, health information, sexual orientation, immigration status, or racial or ethnic origin information.
Driver's-license verification at TEN events is conducted visually, in person, at event check-in only. We do not photograph, scan, photocopy, or otherwise capture or store driver's-license images or numbers.
Insurance verification (where required for participation) is likewise conducted visually, in person, at event check-in only. We may visually inspect an insurance card or policy declarations page to confirm coverage; we do not photograph, scan, photocopy, or otherwise capture or store insurance documents, policy numbers, or carrier identifiers.
If a Sponsor or Partner promotion requires sensitive information (for example, a Partner insurance product), such collection is governed by the Sponsor's or Partner's own privacy policy.
The following table summarizes, by the categories of personal information defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, what we collect and whether we share it with event Sponsors and Partners. The detail behind each category is described in the subsections above and the sharing is described in Section 5.
| Statutory category | Examples specific to TEN | Shared with Sponsors and Partners? |

| Internet or other electronic network activity | Pages visited, usage data, reader-behavior analytics on Guides and Reports, and email open and click data | No |
| Geolocation data | Coarse location inferred from IP address; we do not collect precise geolocation | No |
| Audio, electronic, or visual information | Photographs and video captured at events | Governed by the Photo Release in our Terms of Service; not shared as a data sale |
| Professional or employment information | Job title, only if you provide it for administrative records | No |
| Inferences | Internally generated estimated vehicle market value | No |
| Sensitive personal information | We do not collect sensitive personal information | No |
We use personal information for the following purposes:
Providing the Services: registering you (or, for minor attendees, the parent or legal guardian) for events, processing payments, delivering tickets, granting access to Guides and Reports, sending verification codes, and maintaining your account.
Communicating with you: sending transactional messages (sign-in codes, order confirmations, receipts, payment-failure notices, event updates, schedule changes, and other operational communications related to a transaction you initiated). For minor registrations aged 13 to 17, operational communications may also be sent to the attendee's own email or phone if provided.
Marketing communications (with consent; future): sending newsletters, event invitations, and promotional content. Marketing communications will only be sent to persons who have opted in via a clearly disclosed checkbox.
Fraud prevention and security: detecting and blocking fraudulent registrations, payment fraud, rate-limit abuse, and credential-stuffing attempts.
Legal compliance: complying with tax obligations (US state sales tax), waiver recordkeeping, and lawful requests from government authorities.
Service improvement: analyzing aggregate usage to improve site performance, content, and customer experience.
Reader-behavior analytics on Guides and Reports: internal-only measurement of how attendees, Partners, and visitors engage with our content. See Section 5.3c.
Email program optimization: measuring open and click rates to improve deliverability and content quality.
AI-assisted operations: internal vehicle valuations and content generation as described in Section 3.5.
Event-safety operations: sharing operational documents (route, timing, staging, staff and vendor contacts) with law enforcement, emergency services, and event vendors for purposes of event safety. These documents do not contain attendee personal data. See Section 5.3b.
Internal audit trail: logging staff access to and modifications of customer data so that we may detect, investigate, and respond to unauthorized access.
Event Sponsor and Partner sharing (event registrants only): see Section 5.2.
We share personal information with service providers and processors that perform functions on our behalf, solely to operate the Services and only to the extent necessary for each function. Each is bound by a written data processing agreement or by terms incorporating equivalent contractual data-protection obligations that restrict the provider's use of the information to the purposes we specify. The categories of service providers we use include:
Hosting, infrastructure, and content-delivery providers
Database and file-storage providers
Payment processors, for card payments, mobile wallets, and tax calculation
Communications providers, for email and SMS delivery
Media hosting and streaming providers
Mapping and location-display providers
Customer-relationship-management providers
Artificial-intelligence service providers used internally for content generation and vehicle valuation, to which we do not transmit consumer identifiers
We maintain a current list of the specific service providers we use and will provide it on request to privacy@theexoticsnetwork.com.
Please read this section carefully if you register for a TEN event.
TEN events are produced in collaboration with Sponsors (typically single-event commercial supporters, financial or in-kind) and Partners (typically long-term collaborators, financial or in-kind, including venue, media, and brand collaborators) who help fund and operate each event. When you register for an event, we share a limited set of your personal information with the Sponsors and Partners of that specific event so that they may:
Recognize you as an attendee and provide event-day services, gifts, or experiences
Follow up with you regarding their products, services, or future opportunities related to the event
Measure event reach, attendance, and engagement (in aggregate, as described in Section 5.3a)
Information we share with event Sponsors and Partners:
Your first name and last name
Your email address
The make, model, year, and color of the vehicle you bring to that specific event
Information we do NOT share with event Sponsors and Partners:
Your phone number
Your billing or shipping address
Any payment information (we have no card data to share)
Saved vehicles you did not bring to the event
Your Instagram or other social handles
Your past event history, ticket counts, or spend
Your photos or video (separately governed by the Photo Release in our Terms of Service)
Reader-behavior analytics on TEN Guides or Reports
Any other personal information
How this sharing works (adult attendees). When you register for an event as an adult, we share the limited information identified above with that event's Sponsors and Partners as part of operating the event. You do not need to take any action for this to occur, and your ability to register for and attend the event does not depend on it. You may opt out of this sharing at any time, before or after you register, as described under “Your right to opt out” below and in Section 14.
Your right to opt out. You may opt out of this sharing at any time by submitting the form at theexoticsnetwork.com/privacy/do-not-share or by emailing privacy@theexoticsnetwork.com. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid opt-out. Once we process your request, we will not share your information with the Sponsors and Partners of any event you register for thereafter. Opting out does not affect your ability to register for or attend events, and it does not retroactively recall information already shared with the Sponsors and Partners of past events.
How sharing applies to minor attendees. Different rules apply to minor attendees; see Section 5.2a.
Our contracts with Sponsors and Partners. We require Sponsors and Partners, by written agreement, to use the information we provide only in connection with the relevant event and their own follow-up about it, not to sell or further disclose it, and to include an opt-out or unsubscribe mechanism in any marketing communications they send.
What Sponsors and Partners do with your information. Sponsors and Partners are independent businesses. Once they receive your information, they handle it under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of each Sponsor or Partner identified on the event page.
If a registration is for an attendee under 18, the following rules apply, based on the attendee's age band as represented by the parent or legal guardian on the waiver:
Under 13. We do not share any information about the attendee with Sponsors or Partners. The parent or legal guardian's contact information is also not shared. The parent or legal guardian's authorization on the waiver covers only operational sharing (event-safety partners under Section 5.3b) and the Photo Release in our Terms of Service.
13 to 15. We do not share any information about the attendee with Sponsors or Partners. The parent or legal guardian's contact information is also not shared.
16 to 17. We share the limited information described in Section 5.2 (first name, last name, email address, and the vehicle brought to the event) with the Sponsors and Partners of the relevant event by default, on the same basis as adult attendees, because the California Consumer Privacy Act's under-16 restriction does not apply at 16 or older. The parent or legal guardian who registers the attendee may opt out of this sharing at any time, on the attendee's behalf, using the methods in Sections 13 and 14; opting out does not affect the attendee's registration or attendance. We never share the parent or legal guardian's contact information with Sponsors or Partners; only the attendee's data is shared.
18 and over. Standard adult flow as described in Section 5.2.
TEN produces post-event reports for Sponsors and Partners. These reports include aggregate, post-level performance metrics from TEN's own social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and similar) retrieved through TEN's own developer-application credentials, including reach, impressions, engagement counts, and similar aggregate numbers on TEN's own posts about the event. These metrics describe the performance of TEN's content and do not identify individual commenters or users.
TEN's partner reports may also include testimonials: selected public comments or captions (attributed to the original poster's full name or handle, or both), and selected private messages used only with the sender's prior written consent.
Partner reports do not include reader-behavior analytics on the recipient's own report or on any TEN Guide or Report. See Section 5.3c.
To operate safe events, TEN prepares operational documents known as Master Event Plans (MEPs) that may be shared with:
Local, state, or federal law enforcement (including the U.S. Marshals Service in certain high-profile cases) for traffic management, security, route closures, and public-safety coordination
Emergency medical services, fire and rescue, and ambulance providers staged at the event
Event vendors and operational personnel, including route leaders, instructors, pilot vehicles, recovery and tow operators, and venue management
Aviation partners for events that include aerial coverage
MEPs contain event plan and logistics information (route, timing, staging, vendor staging, safety plan) together with the names and phone numbers of organizing parties (TEN staff, vendor leads, route leaders, recovery contacts, pilots) so that operational personnel can reach each other at the event. MEPs do not contain attendee rosters, attendee personal information, emergency contacts, or medical information.
MEPs are distributed via tokenized access URLs and are not posted publicly. They are operational documents, not marketing materials, and are not used for marketing.
When you view a TEN Guide or Report, we record how you engage with the content as described in Section 3.3 (start and end time, time on page, scroll depth, per-section dwell time, IP address, user-agent, device type, referrer, and a pseudonymous visitor hash).
This data is used only by TEN internally. It is not shared with any third party, in any form, including aggregate. If you receive a TEN Report through a partner-specific link, the partner does not learn whether you opened the Report, how long you spent on it, or which sections you read.
We may also share personal information:
At your direction (for example, if you request that we share your information with a third party).
In a business transaction: if TEN is acquired by, merges with, or sells substantially all of its assets to another entity, or undergoes insolvency proceedings, your personal information may be transferred to the successor or acquiring party.
For legal compliance: in response to a subpoena, court order, regulator request, or other lawful demand, and to protect our rights, safety, or property.
With our professional advisors: lawyers, accountants, and auditors, in each case subject to obligations of confidentiality.
The limited disclosure of personal information to event Sponsors and Partners described in Section 5.2 may qualify as a "sale" of personal information under the CCPA and the TDPSA, because those laws define "sale" broadly to include disclosures made for valuable consideration, whether or not money changes hands. It is not "sharing" as the CCPA uses that specific term, which refers to disclosures for cross-context behavioral advertising; as described in Section 12, we do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising. You have the right to opt out of this sale at any time, as described in Sections 5.2 and 14, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals as described in Section 14.
TEXAS NOTICE (TDPSA): We do not sell your sensitive personal data. We do not sell your biometric personal data. We do share limited personal information (first name, last name, email address, and the vehicle brought to the event) with event Sponsors and Partners as described in Section 5.2, subject to the minor-age rules in Section 5.2a.
If you give us your mobile phone number, we use it to send you transactional messages (sign-in verification codes and account notifications related to a transaction you initiated). With your separate opt-in, we may also send you marketing messages about TEN events, drops, and content (when our marketing-SMS program launches).
Mobile information sharing restrictions:
No third-party or affiliate marketing sharing. Mobile information, including phone numbers, opt-in records, and SMS message content, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
No exception for opt-in data. SMS opt-in data and consent records are excluded from every data-sharing category described in this Policy and will not be shared with any third party.
Service providers only. We share your phone number with our SMS provider and, when you authenticate, with our database hosting provider. These providers are bound to use the data only to deliver our messages.
No SMS data to event Sponsors or Partners. The sharing described in Section 5.2 does not include your phone number or any SMS data.
For details, see our separate SMS Terms & Conditions.
The Services are directed to adults. Driving participation at TEN events is limited to licensed drivers who are at least 18 years old; minors do not drive at TEN events. Minors may attend certain events, primarily public showcase events, as guests, and only when registered by a parent or legal guardian who serves as the contracting party and the contact of record. We do not knowingly permit a person under 18 to register on their own behalf.
We structure registration to avoid collecting personal information directly from minors:
For attendees under 13, we collect only the attendee's first name and birth month and year, in each case provided by the parent or legal guardian rather than the child, and we direct all communications to the parent or legal guardian. We do not collect contact information directly from a child under 13. This structure is intended to address our obligations under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), as amended, by avoiding the direct-collection trigger.
For attendees aged 13 to 15, we do not share their personal information with Sponsors or Partners, consistent with the under-16 opt-in restrictions of the California Consumer Privacy Act.
For attendees aged 16 to 17, we share the limited information described in Section 5.2 with Sponsors and Partners by default, on the same basis as adults; the parent or legal guardian who registers the attendee may opt out at any time on the attendee's behalf, and opting out does not affect registration or attendance.
If you believe a person under 18 has provided personal information to us outside this structure, please contact us at privacy@theexoticsnetwork.com and we will delete it.
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, except where a longer period is required or permitted by law. Specifically:
| Category | Retention period |
|---|---|
| Contact record (name, email, phone) | For as long as you have an active relationship with TEN, plus 3 years after last activity, or longer if required by law |
| Order and registration records (adult attendees) | 7 years for tax and accounting purposes |
| Order and registration records (minor attendees) | Until the attendee turns 20, then either deleted or reduced to an age-band-only summary; longer if required for legal-evidence purposes |
| Waiver signatures (adult) | 7 years for legal-evidence purposes, or for the duration of any applicable statute of limitations, whichever is longer |
| Waiver signatures (minor, parent-signed) | Until the attendee turns 20, plus 4 additional years for statute-of-limitations buffer, or longer if required by law |
| Reader-behavior analytics on Guides and Reports | 24 months, then aggregated into long-term summary metrics with no row-level identifiers retained |
| Email send records | 36 months to support CAN-SPAM compliance, suppression-list integrity, and unsubscribe enforcement |
| Email tracking events (open and click, with IP and user-agent) | 24 months, then aggregated |
| Email suppression list | Indefinitely; removing a suppressed address would risk re-sending to a person who unsubscribed |
| Activity log (staff actions on customer data) | 7 years for security-audit and breach-response purposes |
| Master Event Plans (operational documents containing no attendee personal information) | Duration of the event plus 3 years for after-action review; access tokens rotated when the document is archived |
| Social-account authorization tokens | Until the account is disconnected or the token revoked; encrypted at rest |
| Sign-in verification codes | Deleted upon expiry (10 minutes); residual records purged within 1 day |
| Security rate-limiting records | Deleted upon expiry |
| Server logs | Approximately 30 days, per our hosting provider's standard retention |
| Marketing consent records (future) | Duration of consent plus 3 years after withdrawal |
| Sponsor and Partner sharing opt-out records | Retained as long as needed to honor your opt-out, plus 3 years |
When retention ends, we delete or anonymize the data so it can no longer be associated with you, subject to backups, which are overwritten on a rolling basis.
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate, secure, and improve the Services.
We use the following categories of cookies and similar technologies:
Strictly necessary. Required to operate the Services, including to keep you signed in after you enter your verification code and to support payment-fraud prevention. The Services will not function correctly without these.
Analytics. Used to measure aggregate site usage and performance. These do not track you across other websites.
Functional. Set to provide embedded third-party features, such as video playback and map display.
Strictly necessary cookies are first-party and are session-based or security-related. Analytics and functional cookies may be set by us or by the third-party providers of embedded features, and have lifespans of up to one year or as set by the relevant provider.
You can disable non-essential cookies via your browser settings or by using a cookie-preferences interface where offered. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent the Services from functioning correctly.
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals from your browser as a valid request to opt out of the sale of your personal information under the CCPA, where applicable. Where we can reasonably associate a GPC signal with an account you have with us, we apply your opt-out to that account as well as to the browser.
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:
TLS encryption for all data in transit
Encryption at rest for our hosted database and storage providers
Strict access controls and audit logging for staff who can view customer data
Tokenization of all payment-card data through our payment processor; TEN systems never receive raw card numbers
Secure, signed session cookies
Hashing of verification codes at rest, with attempt limits and short expiry
Rate limiting on public endpoints
Standard browser security headers
Regular dependency audits and prompt patching of high-severity vulnerabilities
No method of transmission over the internet or storage system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and applicable regulators as required by law.
TEN is based in the United States, and our service providers are also based in the United States. The Services are intended for residents of the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those of your country.
The Services are directed to and intended for residents of the United States. Our events take place in the United States and require physical presence to attend, and we do not target our Services to, or market them in, the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. We therefore do not believe the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) governs our processing of personal data.
If you are located in one of those jurisdictions and you nonetheless believe the GDPR applies to our processing of your personal data, the following applies as a courtesy. The Exotics Network LLC is the controller. Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent where our processing is based on consent. The opt-out and privacy-request options described in Sections 13 and 14, including our opt-out of Sponsor and Partner sharing, are available to you. To exercise any of these, contact us at privacy@theexoticsnetwork.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Depending on your state of residence, you may have one or more of the following rights:
Know or access: the personal information we have collected, the categories of sources, the purposes of processing, and the categories of recipients.
Delete: request deletion of your personal information.
Correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information.
Portability: receive a copy of your personal information in a portable format.
Opt out of sale or sharing: opt out of the sale of your personal information to event Sponsors and Partners (see Section 5.2).
Opt out of targeted advertising: TEN does not currently engage in cross-context behavioral advertising.
Limit use of sensitive personal information: TEN does not collect sensitive personal information.
Non-discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
If you are a California resident, you have the rights described above and the right to designate an authorized agent. The agent must provide written permission and verify the agent's own identity.
We do not sell or share the personal information of any consumer under 16. As described in Section 5.2a, we do not disclose the data of any attendee under 16 to Sponsors or Partners.
Submit a request by emailing privacy@theexoticsnetwork.com or by completing the form at theexoticsnetwork.com/privacy/request.
Virginia residents have the rights set forth above, plus the right to appeal a refusal to act on a privacy request. If we decline your request, we will explain why and provide instructions for appealing. We will respond to an appeal within 60 days of receipt. If the appeal is denied, we will provide an online mechanism or other method for you to submit a complaint to the Virginia Attorney General.
Texas residents have the rights set forth above and the right to appeal a denied request. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Texas Attorney General at texasattorneygeneral.gov.
NOTICE (TDPSA): We do not sell your sensitive personal data. We do not sell your biometric personal data.
Colorado residents have the same rights as Virginia and Texas residents, including the right to appeal. You may contact the Colorado Attorney General at coag.gov.
We honor equivalent rights for residents of other US states that have enacted comprehensive privacy laws. Contact us with any request and identify your state of residence.
You may submit a privacy request by:
Web form: theexoticsnetwork.com/privacy/request
Mail: The Exotics Network LLC, Attn: Privacy, 9201 Circuit of The Americas Blvd, Del Valle, TX 78617
We may ask you to verify your identity (typically by confirming control of the email address or phone number associated with the registration). We endeavor to respond within 45 days, with the option to extend by an additional 45 days for complex requests, as permitted by applicable law.
No fee will be charged for exercising your rights, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
You may opt out of the sharing described in Section 5.2 at any time by submitting the form at theexoticsnetwork.com/privacy/do-not-share or by emailing privacy@theexoticsnetwork.com. Once we process your request, we will not share your information with the Sponsors and Partners of any event you register for thereafter. Opting out does not affect your ability to register for or attend events, and it has no effect on access to Guides, Reports, or any other Services. For minor attendees, sharing is governed by the age-based rules in Section 5.2a.
We treat Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid request to opt out of the sale of your personal information. Where we can reasonably associate the signal with an account you have with us, we apply your opt-out to that account, not only to the browser sending the signal.
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email (if you have provided one), by posting a prominent notice on the Services, or both, before the changes take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was last revised.
